For school groups, trusts and districts
We design and build AI tutors for school groups, trusts and districts. Each one is grounded in your curriculum, set up for students, teachers, parents and administrators, and can run on your own cloud.

What we build
Grounded in your curriculum
The tutor answers from your lessons and materials, in the order your schools teach them.
Hints before answers
It guides students through a problem step by step. In the controlled studies we reviewed, every drop in learning came from a tool that handed students the answer.
A view for every role
Students, teachers, parents and administrators each get their own view, with the permissions you set.
Homework help
Students ask about a typed question, a photo or a file, and get an explanation they can follow.
Tests with automatic grading
AI-generated tests that grade themselves, so teachers can spend their time on the students who need help.
Many schools, one system
Administration for many schools, with licences and an audit log, and safety checks on everything students type.
Fits the systems your schools already use
We integrate with learning platforms, single sign-on and the internal tools your schools already use. If you teach in Moodle, our Moodle plugins bring an AI tutor, course generation and quiz questions into it today.
We can build on your own cloud account so your IT team keeps control, or host the system for you on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, inside the EEA. Read the API privacy policy.

Client build · European edtech company
A full AI learning platform for schools
Over the last three months, a small team of ours has built a full AI learning platform for a European edtech company, with separate student, teacher, parent and school admin roles, an AI tutor and homework assistant grounded in the national curriculum, lessons, and tests with automated grading, all running on the client’s own infrastructure.
Our own learning products, AI Tutor, SMMRY, Socratic App and NoteGPT, are used by around 90,000 people every month.

White-label AI Tutor
Best when
You want to try an AI tutor with one school or a few classes
First users
The same day, with a free trial

Custom build
Best when
You need your curriculum, roles and integrations across many schools
First users

Best when
Your schools already teach in Moodle

Who runs it
You run Moodle, we run the AI
With more than about 100 active students, we usually recommend going straight to a custom setup.
How a project runs
Each phase has a written scope, agreed acceptance criteria and a demo before you sign it off, so you never commit to the whole project upfront. See how we work.
01
Discovery
Your schools, users, content and constraints, turned into a specification and estimate.
02
Phase plan
The build split into phases, each with its own acceptance criteria.
03
Build and pilot
Short cycles with regular demos, then a pilot in your schools against the agreed criteria.
04
Roll out
You test against the criteria. We hand over, or keep running it across your schools.
Questions from school leaders
Does the tutor give students the answers?
We design it to give hints and explanations first. The research shows why. In the controlled studies we reviewed, the tools that handed out answers were the ones where learning dropped.
Who owns the code and the data?
When the system runs on your cloud, you own the code, the data and the accounts. When we host it for you, we agree how your data is handled before any real users are added.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We integrate with learning platforms, single sign-on and internal tools, and we can build on your own cloud account so your IT team keeps control.
How do you keep student-facing AI safe?
Answers are grounded in content you approve, everything students type goes through safety checks before it reaches the AI model, and activity is logged so staff can review it.
How do you price it?
Each phase is scoped and priced before it starts. Discovery comes first, then build phases sized to what your schools need.
Can we try something before a full build?
Yes. The white-label AI Tutor has a free trial and works the same day, which suits a pilot in one school. For a group, Discovery is the next step. You get a written specification and estimate that are yours to keep, whether or not you build with us.
